A Year Defined by Resilience, Momentum, and Perspective
2025 was a defining year for Williams Construction. We are closing the year with the strongest performance in our company’s history. Anchored by several major rigging and equipment installation projects, we strengthened our team and invested back into our people and community.
We delivered a strong book of work in 2024 and entered 2025 with a healthy backlog and renewed energy. We also expanded our capabilities by launching a dedicated piping entity, which has already completed its first series of projects and is positioned for long-term growth.
2025 has continued that steady momentum. The year has been consistent and expansive. We’re on track to match last year’s performance with a solid backlog supporting the work ahead. As we look toward 2026, the opportunities in front of us are significant, and we are prepared to take them on with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
On a personal note, this season brought meaningful growth outside of work as well. Our ownership team has welcomed three new children into their families, a reminder of why we build, why we push, and why the future matters. That perspective, both at home and at work, has made this season especially meaningful.
We’re grateful for the trust you place in Williams Construction and look forward to carrying this momentum into the new year.
Thank you for your partnership,
Chris Williams
