Williams Construction Co. would like to congratulate Carlos Ruiz on his recent promotion to Labor Foreman. Carlos started as a laborer in 2001 and worked in and around construction growing up. Carlos and his family moved from California just a few short months ago. In that short time, Carlos has more than proven himself as an exceptional and skilled worker, leader and continually trying to go above and beyond in his role. The Williams Management team noticed Carlos’ passion for his work, his team and the company, and was quick to promote him to Labor Foreman.
Carlos attributes his success in the construction industry to the simple concept of, “always keep going. Do not ever be happy just sitting around; even if it is just sweeping the floor.”
When Carlos is not busy being an asset to the Williams team on some of our most prominent projects, he is busy building his family dream home for his wife and two children.
