GRDA Kerr Dam Stabilization

Williams Construction was proud to support the stabilization of the Kerr Dam as part of the Grand River Dam Authority’s infrastructure improvements. Our team constructed a rock quay in the river to enable safe and stable access for ongoing operations. We installed a structural steel platform spanning 800 feet along the face of the dam and provided comprehensive crane services throughout the project.

This job presented the unique challenge of working directly on and over water—demanding precision, coordination, and specialized safety protocols from start to finish.
