Williams Construction worked to re-activate the plant to full working conditions within 18 months, after the plant had been shut down and inactive for several years. During the project the Williams Team disassembled and rebuilt all plant equipment, valves and catalysts, installed piers, structural steel and foundation support and rebuilt and repaired the plant’s injection well.
